The slower speeds are ideal for blending and mixing, while the higher speeds emulsify and puree beautifully. Plus, the unit features an ergonomic soft-grip handle for convenient one-handed operation that makes powering through the 22 gallon maximum blend volume a breeze! This blender even comes with a second handle to increase control and leverage while blending.
In order to offer you the most versatility, an included bowl clamp secures the blender to the bowl for hands-free operation. Unassisted blending is possible too, thanks to the continuous run capability, giving you more time to attend to other tasks around the kitchen while simultaneously blending. The stainless steel blending arm is removable and dishwasher safe, and is marked with the maximum fill line to ensure safe operation.
For your convenience, a carrying case is included, as well as a 6′ orange cord.
